ULISSE Primitivo Terre di Chieti IGP is a ruby-red wine with violet reflections. Its generous bouquet recalls ripe cherries and plums, complemented by pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla. The palate is full and velvety, with a persistent finish and soft tannins.
Winemaking:
Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing:
In stainless steel tanks, followed by bottle ageing.
Food pairing:
Excellent with game, braised dishes, red meats, roasts and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C
