Selectioned grapes are performed and then the process for making white wine is used. The juice is extracted using soft press and then it is clarified using a static cold technique.
The long fermentation on indigenous yeasts is followed by a period of ageing on lees and then in the bottle. A part undergoes malolactic fermentation.
9 months in steel with periodic suspension of the lees.
Complex bouquet where the notes of exotic fruit predominate.
