Production and harvest:
The Ribolla grape is harvested and brought to the cellar where it undergoes cold maceration on its skins for at least 24 hours. After pressing, the juice is clarified with a cold static technique. It then undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeast. Finally, the process is completed with aging on the lees.

6 months in stainless steel with periodic suspension of fermentation yeasts.

Intriguing and complex, it has fruity aromas of ripe apricot and apple.The delicate aromas are confirmed on the palate with good structure and the right balance between acidity and sapidity.

Ideal with first and second courses based on fish, cheeses
Serving temperature 10-11°C.
