are destemmed and pressed fermentation takes place
at a controlled temperature (12-16º) in stainless steel
vats.
Tasting Notes: This wine stands out for its intense mineral aroma, with
plenty of flint notes accompanying the citrus fruit. It is
a balanced, elegant, and fresh wine with good
persistence
