Grape: 100% Grüner Veltliner (Weinviertel DAC classification)

Winemaking:
Selectively hand-picked grapes are cooled immediately after harvest to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Following gentle destemming and pressing under inert conditions, must undergoes cold settling at 12–14 °C for 24 to 36 hours.

Fermentation:
Temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 10–13 °C to ensure precise expression of varietal character and terroir.

Ageing:
3 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to enhance mouthfeel and complexity.

Food pairing:
Classic Grüner Veltliner profile with aromas of green apple, white pepper, and citrus blossoms. On the palate, crisp acidity, elegant spice, and a dry, mineral finish.

A perfect match for Austrian cuisine, asparagus, freshwater fish, poultry, and light Asian dishes.

Serving temperature: 7–9 °C
