Vinifcation: After manual selection of whole bunches, the grapes
are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place
at controlled temperature (12-16º) in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes: Predominant aromas are of red fruits, with emphasis
on strawberry and blackberry. It is an intense and wellbalanced wine with a persistent freshness.
With a fruity aroma, this wine pairs well with barbecue, seafood, and Italian and Japanese food
