Deep ruby red. Clean, aromatic scent with a distinct hint of dark berries such as cherries, morels, some phyllo and a touch of spice. Full-bodied, round wine with a nice berry fruitiness, nicely integrated tannins and a long, juicy aftertaste
From Viberti's new vineyard, historic Valdibà in Dogliani with its soil characterized by calcareous clay and limestone. After careful pressing, the wine is fermented with skin contact for 8-10 days at 26-28 degrees followed by malolactic fermentation in cement tanks.
The wine is stored in a mixture of steel tanks and cement tanks for 10 months, of which 7 months on the lees before being bottled lightly filtered.
