On the nose, you find aromas of ripe red fruit, bitter cherry jam and notes of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, dominated by velvety tannins. This is a round wine, the fruit of an idea of winemaking that leads to great quality.

Grape variety:
blend of Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia Nera
Intense red.

Vinification and fermentation:
The grapes are left to dry on the plant for about 20 days, depending on the dehydration of the berries. Short pre-fermentation maceration of the destemmed grapes at a temperature of 12-14°C to extract the characteristic aromas followed by a 20/25 day fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24/26°C. The wine is then separated from the skins to start the malolactic fermentation. Finally the wine ages for about 6 months in barriques.
Recommended pairing:
Good with red meats, aged cheese, pasta and pizza.
Serving temperature 18°C.
During summer serve at 14°C.
