Vinification and fermentation:
Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at
26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aged in French
tonneau for at least 8 months.
Recommended pairing:
Ideal with all dishes, in particular with pasta with meat
sauce, stews and grilled red meat.
