Vinification and fermentation:
Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature
at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aged in
American barriques for at least 3 – 6 months.
Recommended pairing:
Good with aged cheese, pasta and pizza.
Serving temperature 18°C.
During summer serve at 14°C.
